Pre-order Policy

Pre-order items are products that may be purchased before they are ready for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order with Sara Dugar, you reserve your selected item, colour and size from the available quantity.

Payment

Full payment is collected at checkout when the pre-order is placed.

Estimated dispatch

Pre-order pieces are expected to be dispatched within 4 weeks of ordering.

This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed dispatch date. Production, quality control or circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email with an updated estimate.

Shipping

The 4 week estimate refers to dispatch from Sara Dugar and does not include delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. Delivery times vary depending on destination, courier and customs processing.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless they are explicitly shown and collected at checkout.

Any charges imposed upon import are the customer’s responsibility. Sara Dugar cannot control these charges or delays caused by customs processing. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before ordering.

Orders containing multiple items

When an order contains both pre-order and immediately available items, the full order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Contact us after ordering if you would prefer the available items to be shipped separately. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Cancellations

A pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.

Returns

Pre-order items follow our standard returns policy. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all labels attached.

Changes to estimated timing

We will always make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order within the stated timeframe. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the estimated dispatch date may change.
